Residential Support Program Goals and Objectives
Our Residential Support Program is designed to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve greater independence by building essential life skills, fostering confidence, and encouraging full participation in their communities. Through this approach, we aim to enhance their overall quality of life. At the heart of our program is person-centered goal planning — a supportive framework that focuses on addressing each individual's unique needs, aspirations, and strengths.
We employ a self-directed approach that empowers individuals to identify the areas of support most meaningful to their personal growth and well-being. Together, we develop goals that align with your vision for independence and success. While goals are formally reviewed on an annual basis, they remain adaptable and can be updated anytime to reflect evolving needs and priorities.
This service offers comprehensive day and night support for individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live comfortably and safely in community-based homes. Professional staff work on rotational schedules throughout the week, providing care and supervision while respecting the individual's personal space. Importantly, staff members do not reside within the home, ensuring privacy and independence; suites are separate to promote privacy and there's an outdoor living space to promote interactions with peer neighbors.
